General
• I have the right to accept or decline any commissions for any reason.
• Commissions are first-come first-serve, with the exception of any rushed artwork (will incur a rush fee).
• Please provide reference material in initial inquiries.
• The time commissions take to finish will vary depending on my schedule. I will provide screenshot updates and notification of any delays as I go!
• Revisions can be freely made until I begin the rendering process. Afterwards, any major changes will incur an additional cost (depends on the severity of the change).
• Final product will be sent through VGen or Google Drive.Payments
• All prices are in USD.
• Commercial usage fee is +50% of the base cost.
• Payments will be made through PayPal (or VGen, if a VGen request is made).
• Or, if you know me in person, you may pay by cash or e-transfer.
• 100% upfront payment is preferred. If not possible, I require at least 50% of the payment to be made upfront unless otherwise specified.
• I will wait 3 days for payment (without further communication) before cancelling your request.
• Any commission that needs to be rushed will have a rush fee (+25-50% of the base cost, depending on when it needs to be done by).
• No Refunds: exception for any commission I accept and do not finish, or any commission that has yet to be started (I will give a full refund).
• Chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist, and you will forfeit the rights to any artwork I have created for you.Usage
• I retain the rights to all my artwork and can use any commissioned work I create for my portfolio, social media, or work examples.
• Please credit me when using my artwork by linking/mentioning my social media (Twitter or Instagram), VGen, or my commissions carrd, (https://kaiciycommissions.carrd.co/).
• Works are not to be used for commercial purposes unless negotiated beforehand.
• Do not remove my signature/watermark from works.
• You may NOT use my works for AI, NFT, etc. This will result in an immediate blacklist, and you will forfeit the rights to any artwork I have created for you.

Will Draw	Won't Draw
• OCs + Fanart (including couples/ships/yume), feminine and masculine are OK!	• Hard NSFW content (sexual fetishes + content, extreme gore, etc.)
• IRL people, ONLY if you have the permission of the people depicted in your request AND know them personally + IRL couples, ONLY if it is of you and your partner	• Furries + Fursonas/Robots/Mecha _{(As much as I'd love to, I do not have a lot of experience and practice with these types of characters and would not like to deliver a unsatisfactory product)}
• Mostly humanoid characters with a few animal/mecha features (e.g. Aigis from P3, or kemonomimi)	• Large animals (small animals are OK, as long as they aren’t the focus of the piece)
• Slightly NSFW content (Minor blood + gore is OK, risqué is OK)	• Any content that I consider offensive, discriminatory, etc.

Please keep in mind:
• I am not as experienced with muscular body types, so please be patient with me!
